Peter Lindley Ullathorne

Peter Ullathorne is a Chartered Architect, A Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an RIBA Accredited Client Adviser.  He has worked with a number of leading architectural practices on major public and private sector projects. He led the largest accommodation project under PFI for any UK Government department.

 

He founded his practice, the Ullathorne Consultancy in 2009 providing client adviser services and expert investigation and evidence in matters of dispute resolution. He was appointed a Ministerial Adviser to the Rt Hon David Miliband MP at the then Department for Education and Skills.

 

Peter is an examiner in professional practice at four schools of architecture in London. He is a member of both the RIBA’s Professional Conduct and Grievance Panels.

 

He is editor of the popular book ‘Being an Effective Construction Client’ by RIBA Publishing (2015). His current book, ‘Clients and their Architects’ is in preparation.
